TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / December 30, 2021 / CCL Industries Inc. (TSX: CCL.A) (TSX: CCL.B) (“the Company”), a global leader in specialized labeling, security and packaging solutions for global businesses, institutions governments, small businesses and consumers, today announced the closing of the acquisition of Forever Blue Investimentos e Participacoes SA (dba “Tecnoblu”) headquartered in Blumenau, Brazil. Tecnoblu will be an integral part of Checkpoint.

In addition, the Company also acquired the pharmaceutical brochure printing press and client list of the Laramara Foundation in San Paolo, Brazil, for $ 0.8 million. This operation will be transferred to the premises of CCL Label in San Paolo.
