Tecnoblu will be an integral part of Checkpoint.
In addition, the Company also acquired the pharmaceutical brochure printing press and client list of the Laramara Foundation in San Paolo, Brazil, for $ 0.8 million. This operation will be transferred to the premises of CCL Label in San Paolo.
