Heritage Creekside multi-family project begins in Plano, Texas

Construction has officially begun on a multi-family Heritage Creekside project, located at 601 Belpree Drive in Plano, Texas. It is the next phase of the 156-acre Heritage Creekside development, built as a joint venture between Dallas-based Rosewood Property Company and New Jersey-based MetLife Investment Management.

Rosewood owns the entire 156-acre site currently used for the Heritage Creekside development, and construction work on the site has been underway since 2014. It was originally estimated at $900 million, and the property currently includes a mix of single-family homes, townhouses and restaurants. The new multi-family development will be built on a 4-acre lot, near the intersection of Central Expressway and the President George Bush Turnpike.

Heritage Creekside Multi-Family Project Features

The multi-family Heritage Creekside project includes the construction of a 4-story residential building, which offers 326 apartment units, furnished with high-end finishes, appliances and fixtures. Residents will enjoy several shared amenities, including a club room, standard fitness center, golf simulator, and luxury swimming pool. Additionally, a restored creek bed of Pitman’s Creek will also be accessible to residents, along with other nearby natural features.

According to Tim Harris, Vice President of Rosewood, the design used for the multi-family project is also intended to foster a sense of community among future residents and surrounding neighborhoods. The development will be completed in stages and is expected to be completed by 2024. Apartments will also be available for rent by fall 2023, with move-ins expected to begin in the latter part of the year.

The development team working on the multi-family Heritage Creekside project will include Provident General Contractors, acting as the contractor; Texas-based KFM Engineering and Design handles civil engineering; and a design team consisting of Hensley Lamk8n Rachel Inc. as architect; LandDesign as a landscaper; and B2 Architecture + Design as interior designer on the project.
